Teaching Philosophy

My approach to teaching is creating an agreement with myself and the student to advance one's knowledge and understanding of an agreed upon concept. Using a variety of techniques, I aim to meet each student as their developmental level and challenge them to increase their depth of understanding. Although the concept taught could be the same, the approach to teaching and personal growth depends upon the efforts of the teacher and the student. Finally, I believe that learning never stops and learning can take place in any setting.
