Biography

The Forest Hydrology and Soils Laboratory, led by Dr. Courtney Siegert, studies forest hydrology, biogeochemistry, and watershed response to natural and anthropogenic disturbance. We conduct field experiments in diverse forest systems across the southeastern United States and around the world to answer questions regarding the impact to carbon, water, and nutrient cycles through forest management and restoration.
